SHIPPING POLICY
Our number one goal after purchase is to get your walking sticks and faith based apparel to you as quickly as possible! It is our desire to fill and prepare every order for shipment the same day or very next day. If you requested customization, then we'll need a little extra time to complete your order. For customization requests, we'll need an additional 3 to 5 business days to complete the work and prepare for shipment. We need the extra time to make sure our quality remains exceptional. You deserve it!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase! Quality craftsmanship and quality products is our number one goal, but we've lived enough life to know that perfection is simply not achievable. Saying that, from time to time there are going to be instances when you are not satisfied with your purchase for one reason or another. If that happens, please let us know and we'll do our part to make your experience with The Good Shepherd is a good one!
We offer a 100% return policy on all apparel (including hats), but there are some conditions:
If the material is defective in some way, then we'll take it back and either refund 100% of your purchase price or send you the products you hoped you would have received the first time! If you would like a refund, please send the product(s) back and we'll issue the refund within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
If you are simply not happy with your purchase, and the apparel has not been worn and is not defective, please send it back and we'll give you a portion of your money back. We will charge a 25% restocking fee in those instances and issue you a partial refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned products in the mail.
We will offer a 100% refund on all walking sticks that are determined to be defective! If this ever comes up, please email us at info@thegoodshep.com and we'll kick off the conversations to make it right.
Please know that if you are not satisfied with the walking stick for any other reason (besides a defect) then we will issue you a refund, however we'll charge a 25% restocking fee and you will need to mail the stick back to us. Once the walking stick is received, we will issue a partial refund within 2-3 business days.
Please know if the walking stick has been used or is not in the same condition in which you received it, then a refund will not be offered.
